严重创伤、大面积深度烧伤可刺激机体外周血单核细胞和组织中的巨噬细胞参与炎症反应和免疫应答,深入探讨单核-巨噬细胞变化的分子机制及拮抗措施对预防伤后并发脓毒症和多器官功能衰竭尤为重要。本文介绍了单核-巨噬细胞在创伤/烧伤后数量、功能变化及相关分子机制与逆转措施,并对其未来的研究前景进行了展望。%Peripheral blood monocytes and tissue macrophages play an important role in inflammation and immune response in severe trauma or massive deep burn.The exploration on the molecular mechanism of changed monocyte-macrophage system after trauma and its antagonistic measures are significant for the prevention of sepsis and multiple organ failure complicated with trauma.In this paper,the number,function of monocyte-macrophage system after trauma/burn,relevant molecular mechanism and their reversal strategies are reviewed and the promising perspective in this research field is addressed.
