负压封闭引流技术在肢体和腹部创伤中的应用

摘要

The technique of vacuum sealing drainage ( VSD) has been performed in most areas of China .It controls the infection and promotes granulation by creating a continuous vacuum space around the wound and finally creates condition for the skin closure .The author combined the indication of VSD with its mechanism of action to-gether with past literatures to summarize its clinical application in the trauma of bones ,soft tissues and abdomen .%负压封闭引流技术目前在国内大多数地区得到了应用，通过在创面周围形成持续或间断负压的密闭空间，达到控制感染、促进肉芽生长的作用，为最终的皮肤覆盖创造条件。笔者结合负压吸引的适应证及作用机制，结合文献复习介绍其在骨与软组织创伤和腹部创伤的临床应用。
