目的：探讨应用整形外科技术治疗面部皮肤挫裂伤，对将来创口瘢痕形成的影响。方法48例面部皮肤挫裂伤的患者一期用整形外科皮下减张技术等治疗，并观察愈合后的瘢痕增生情况。结果本组48例创口均一期愈合，35例随访6个月到2年，瘢痕均不明显。结论通过整形外科技术能明显减少面部皮肤挫裂伤术后瘢痕增生。%Objective To investigate the impact of plastic surgery used to treat facial skin laceration on the future scar formation. Method 48 patients with a facial laceration of the skin was treated by subcutaneous orthopedic technology to reduce tension and to observe the scar hyperplasia after healing. Result 48 cases in the group achieve wound healing. 35cases were followed up for 6 months to 2 years, and the result showed that the scars were not obvious. Conclusion Plastic surgery techniques can significantly reduce postoperative scar hyperplasiaskin.
