机场航空器地面滑行时间优化研究

         

摘要

The question of optimization for aircraft taxiing time is proposed to minimize the time spent in taxiing system, which can also improve the resource utilization and get good financial benefits by optimizing and distributing the resource. The airport system function composition is systematically illustrated. The airport ground system can be regarded as an airport network topology with nodes and arcs. The basic rules of the aircraft taxiing are presented and three kinds of possible taxi conflicts are discussed. The core of this study are the optimization model with the constraints of the safety separation, taxing rules and conflict-freeand an optimizing algorithm of airplane taxiway for arrival and departure flights. Taken Tianjin Binhai international airport as an example, the optimum result and the actual taxiing time are compared based on the field data, which shows the feasibility and the advantage of the model.%提出航空器地面滑行优化研究,目的是在保证地面飞行安全的前提下,通过生产资源的合理调度和优化配置,提高设施资源的利用率,从而提高经济效益.本文简单地阐述了机场系统功能区的组成,提出了将机场地面系统视为带节点和弧的机场网络图结构,并简要介绍了飞机滑行的基本规则和在这一过程中可能出现的三种滑行冲突.核心内容是建立了系统的飞机滑行路径优化模型.将飞机的安全间隔、滑行规则和这三类冲突避免作为约束条件,研究进、出港航班滑行路径的优化问题.并以天津滨海国际机场为例,利用实际航班时刻数据进行算例分析,把优化结果与实际滑行时间进行对比,验证了该模型的可行性和优越性.
