铁路危险货物运输电子化资质审批管理系统的设计与实现

摘要

It is significance to strengthen the source information control of dangerous goods transport on railway.The electronic qualification examination management system of dangerous goods transport has many functions,such as electronic qualification examination and approval,making IC card of qualification examining with fingerprint information,electronic shipment verifying of dangerous goods and printing freight note.As a strong means for the source control of dangerous goods of railway transport,this system has been applied in practice.It was proved that it operated stably and met the design requirements.%加强铁路危险货物运输源头信息化卡控,对于铁路危险货物运输管理具有重要意义。铁路危险货物运输电子化资质审批管理系统具有电子化资质审批、制作集成指纹信息的资质审批卡、电子化受理审核及运单打印等功能。本系统作为铁路危险货物运输源头卡控的强有力手段,已实际投入使用,系统运行稳定,达到设计要求。
