面向城市规划道路网评价的EMME宏开发设计研究

         

摘要

In order to evaluate urban road planning scenarios from different prospective, it is recommended to expand the basic functions of the existing EMME commercial software with its development language. After the Macro function of EMME and its critical points for further development were summarized, the characteristics of EMME and connotation of the evaluation indexes are analyzed, in which the link's average trip length of service is chosen as the object of development. Faced with the development requirements of multi-link and multi-modes, the development needs, the design of attributes and macro files are introduced. Finally, one main macro file and five child macro files are combined to reach the goal. In a case study the new development macro files are used to evaluate the planning scenarios of citizen road network in Chuzhou. The results show that the links' average service trip length matches the links' classification level.%为了实现对规划道路网方案进行多角度评价,提出了利用成熟商业软件的二次开发语言对软件基本功能进行拓展的思路.在总结EMME宏的功能和开发技术要点的基础上,通过分析EMME软件的特点和道路网评价指标的内涵,选择"路段平均服务出行距离"为开发对象.面对多路段和多方式的开发要求,详细介绍了开发思路、属性设计和宏文件的构架设计,最终将所需功能拆分成1个主宏文件和5个子宏文件组合实现.在实例部分,运用开发的宏文件对滁州市道路网规划方案进行了评价,用数据说明规划方案中各等级道路路段服务的平均出行距离与道路等级相匹配.
