目的：探讨外科手术患者接受地佐辛对预防瑞芬太尼复合麻醉术后疼痛的干预效果和推广价值．方法：选取2012－02／2015－03我院收治的接受瑞芬太尼复合麻醉治疗的60例患者作为研究对象，以随机数字表法将其分为对照组（ n＝30）与观察组（ n＝30）．对照组应用芬太尼预防术后疼痛，观察组应用地佐辛预防术后疼痛．对比两组患者术后疼痛发生的情况和不良反应率．结果：对患者术后10 min和60 min两个时间段的VAS评分进行评估，观察组患者显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；记录两组患者的苏醒时间、拔管时间等指标，观察组患者显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；观察组患者术后发生不良反应的情况显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）．结论：采用地佐辛预防瑞芬太尼麻醉后疼痛，效果明显，可确保患者的手术治疗效果和预后质量，提高其生活质量与治疗依从性，值得临床普及推广．%AIM: To investigate the clinical effect and promo⁃tional value of dezocine in preventing postoperative pain of patients undergoing remifentanil combined anesthesia. METH⁃ODS:A total of 60 patients with remifentanil combined anesthesia admitted into our hospital from February 2012 to March 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group(n=30) and observation group(n=30). The control group was given fentanyl in prevention of postoperative pain, and the observation group was given dezocine in prevention of postopera⁃tive pain. Postoperative pain and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. RESULTS:The VAS scores of 10 minutes and 60 minutes after operation was assessed, and the observation group were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ); The recovery time and extubation time in the observation group were significantly better than the control group ( P<0. 05 ); For the adverse reaction rate after operation, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . CONCLUSION: It�s quite effective to use dezocine in prevention of remifentanyl combined anesthesia, which can ensure the effect of surgical treatment and prognosis, improve life quality of the patient and treatment compliance, and it�s worthy of clinical popularization.
