目的：分析比较胺腆酮与美托洛尔联合应用与单用胺腆酮治疗阵发性心房纤维性颤动（ AF）的临床效果．方法：选取2013－01／2015－01我院收治的阵发性心房纤颤患者68例作为研究对象，按治疗方法的不同，分为对照组和观察组，各34例．对照组采取单纯胺碘酮治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用美托洛尔治疗，观察两组患者的临床效果．结果：观察组有效率为97．06％，对照组有效率为79．41％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）．结论：胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗阵发性心房纤颤临床效果显著，能够有效控制心率及血压，值得在临床中推广使用．%AIM: To analyze and compare the amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the application and the clinical effect of amiodarone ketone in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrilla⁃tion. METHODS:A total of 68 cases of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation( AF) were selected as the research object in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015. According to the different treatment methods, patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group recieved amiodarone therapy alone, and the observation group recieved metoprolol additionally at the base of control group. The clinical effects were compared between two groups. RESULTS: The effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%, and the control group was 79. 41%, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . CONCLUSION:Patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation take significant clinical effect of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment, and the blood pressure and heart rate of patients were controlled effectively, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
