重症监护护理评分系统在ICU护理资源配置中的应用价值分析

摘要

AIM:To investigate the role of intensive care nurs⁃ing scoring system in nursing resource allocation of intensive care unit. METHODS:A total of 108 cases of patients admitted into ICU, People�s Hospital of Rudong County from May 2015 to Janu⁃ary 2016 were selected as objects of study and divided into control group and observation group , and each had 54 cases. The control group received routine nursing resource allocation, while the observation group received nursing resource allocation according to the ICNSS. RESULTS: The indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences ( P<0. 05 ) . CONCLUSION: Intensive care nursing scoring system can play a good role in nursing resource allocation of intensive care unit, which can optimize resources, improve the efficiency of nursing staff, the quality of nursing service and patient�s satisfaction.%目的：探讨重症监护护理评分系统（ ICNSS）在ICU护理资源配置中的作用．方法：选取江苏省南通市如东县人民医院ICU科2015－05／2016－01收治的患者108例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（ n＝54）和观察组（ n＝54），对照组采取常规的护理资源配置方法，观察组患者采取以ICNSS为依据的护理资源配置方法．结果：观察组各项指标均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）．结论：重症监护护理评分系统（ ICNSS）在ICU护理资源配置中可以发挥良好的优化资源，提升护理工作人员效率，改善护理服务质量，提升患者对于治疗满意度的效果．
