目的：通过分析肥胖症患者行腹腔镜袖状胃切除术治疗过程，总结临床护理经验．方法：选取2011－01／2014－10第四军医大学附属西京医院消化病医院21例行腹腔镜袖状胃切除术治疗的肥胖症患者治疗过程进行分析，探讨术前、术后全面护理措施在其中的应用．结果：所有患者手术顺利，无严重并发症发生．术后肛门排气时间2～4（平均3） d，术后住院时间5～11（平均7） d．出院时减重3～7（平均4．3） kg；出院后随访2～8个月，患者减重7～28（平均12．4） kg，体质量指数、血糖、血压均呈持续下降趋势．结论：对于行腹腔镜袖状胃切除术治疗的肥胖症患者，实施全面护理措施，有利于手术的成功．%AIM:To summarize the clinical nursing experiences of obese patients undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy by analyzing their treatment process. METHODS: To explore the application of comprehensive nursing measures before and after operation, the clinical and follow⁃up data of 21 obese patients who underwent LSG in Digestive Disease Hospital of Xijing Hospital from January 2011 to October 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS: All patients were operationed successfully with out serious complication occurred. Anal exhaust time after operation was 2~4 ( mean 3) days, and the hospital stay was 5~11 ( mean 7) days. Patient weight loss was 3~7(mean 4.3) kg when they dischanged from hospital, and 7~28 ( average 12.4) kg after 2~8 months. The body mass index, blood glucose, blood pressure showed a continuous downward trend after operation. CONCLU⁃SION:Comprehensive nursing implementation is conducive to the success of weight loss for obese patients undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.
