The labor supply is less than demand in Anhui. We divided the labor need in cities of Anhui into four levels according to the supply and demand situation of labor market. And based on the analysis of the number, quality and structure of the inflow population, we found that the features of its number, quality, structure and so on. By means of regression analysis, finding is that the leading factors of the stability of affecting population inflow are the economic aggregate and population agglomeration effect. Therefore, suggestions are put forward such as speeding up its economic development and attracting labor backflow, increasing the propaganda inside our province cities and exploring a variety of channels of labor demand information distribution.%安徽省是一个劳动力供给小于需求的省份，根据劳动力的供需情况将安徽省各市分为四个等级。通过对安徽省流入人口数量、质量和结构分析发现安徽省流入人口的数量特征、质量特征和结构特征等。回归分析发现，影响流入人口迁移稳定性的因素主要是该地的经济总量和人口集聚效应，因此，提出加快自身经济发展和吸引本省外出人口回流，加大城市宣传力度，探索多种劳动力需求信息发布渠道的对策。
