我国导游人员社会问题探讨

     

摘要

Tour guide once was one of the most attractive occupations in the tourism industry, however,in recent years, more and more conflicts involved with the guides, the visitors and the tour management departments were exposed by media across the country. Besides, there is a trend that some conflicts are being developed into social problems. From the perspective of sociology, this article mainly analyzes some deviant behaviors such as conflicts and strikes happening in the activities of tour guides, and some countermeasures are put forward. It is suggested that the system construction of the laws and regulations should be strengthened, the rational expectancy value of visitors toward tour should be acknowledged, the management system of tour guides should be reformed and improved, and an effective system of psychological counseling should be established and perfected.%导游职业曾经是旅游业中最具吸引力的职业之一,但近年来,全国各地媒体曝光的导游与游客及旅游管理部门之间的冲突事件越来越多,导游活动中的冲突事件有蔓延发展成为一种社会问题的趋势。从旅游社会学的角度分析导游队伍中存在冲突、罢工等社会问题,文章探讨了解决这些问题的措施,提出了加强法规制度建设、建立游客理性旅游期望值、改革完善导游管理体制、建立健全有效的心理疏导社会机制等的建议。
