高职大学生职业道德教育的问题与对策研究

摘要

With increasing competition and requirement for employees in society, college students face mounting employment pressure. Vocational graduates not only need solid professional skills, but also good professional ethics to secure their invincible positions. Vocational colleges should strengthen students’ professional ethics education in the process of personnel training, which is of great importance and urgency for the healthy development of higher vocational education.%随着社会竞争不断增强，社会对人才素质的要求也不断提高，大学生就业压力持续加大。高职毕业生要在日趋激烈的职场竞争中立于不败之地，除了需要具备扎实的专业技能外，还需要具备良好的职业道德。高职院校在人才培养过程中，加强大学生职业道德教育，对促进高职教育事业的健康发展显得尤为重要而迫切。
