共生理论关照下民族地区教学服务型大学外部治理现代化研究

摘要

民族地区教学服务型大学外部治理现代化考虑更多的民族性。运用共生理论，从共生单元、共生环境以及共生模式对民族地区教学服务型大学的外部治理进行分析，从而得出通过合理定位外部治理中的共生单元、营造适宜的共生环境以及构建一体化共生模式等路径来实现民族地区教学服务型大学外部治理现代化。%Modernization of teaching-service-oriented universities’ governance in the ethnic areas should focus on more ethnic characteristics. Using the symbiosis theory, external governance of teaching-service-oriented universities in the ethnic areas was analyzed from symbiotic units, environment and model. The result showed that symbiotic units of external governance should be well positioned, and symbiotic environment and model should be properly developed in order to realize modernization of external governance of teaching-service-oriented universities in the ethnic areas.
