关于加强高校绩效考核过程中思想政治工作的思考

摘要

As a need of deepening the system reform and improving the distribution system, performance evaluation in colleges and universities is related to the construction and development of teachers, improvement of the teaching quality and scientific research level, also about the talent training in colleges and universities. In view of the ideological problems existing in the current performance evalua-tion process in colleges and universities, this article analyzes the causes, and puts forward the suggestions and ideas on strengthening the ideological and political work during the process of enhancing performance evaluation in colleges and universities.%高校绩效考核作为深化制度改革和完善分配体制的需要，关系到教师队伍建设发展，教学科研水平提高，更关系到高校人才培养的质量。鉴于当前高校在绩效考核过程中存在的思想问题，文章进行了原因分析，并在此基础上就加强高校绩效考核过程中思想政治工作的思考提出了自己的看法建议。
