脑分水岭梗死的CT应用研究进展

摘要

脑分水岭梗死(cerebral watershed infarction,CWI)是指脑内相邻动脉交界区发生的脑梗死.随着影像学的不断发展,对CWI的认识日益深入.CT检查具有快速、适应证广、无禁忌证等特点,在脑分水岭梗死中的应用越来越广泛.在探讨其分型、机制等方面均有不可替代的作用.%Cerebral watershed infarction (CWI) occurs at the border between neighbouring cerebral arteries.Along with the development of medical imaging techniques,the knowledge and understanding of CWI have been deepened.CT scan is widely applied in the diagnosis of CWI with the advantages of promptness and extensive indications,it plays an important role in the classification and mechanism study of CWI.
