论地方本科师范院校转型过程中专业设置的优化

摘要

地方本科师范院校转型发展是社会经济转型升级的历史要求，是高等教育调整的内在必然，也是其生存发展的必由之路。地方本科师范院校转型发展很大程度上在于专业设置理念是否科学合理，是否能够紧跟社会经济发展的步伐。该文从当前地方本科师范院校转型发展过程中专业设置存在的主要问题出发，提出优化专业设置的基本思路，并对如何优化专业设置提出政策建议，旨在优化地方本科师范院校转型发展。%The transformation and development of local normal colleges are the historical demand of social economic transformation and update,are the internal necessity of adjustment of higher education,also are the only road of survival and development. The transformation and development of local normal colleges depend on the scientific and reasonable majors setup to a great extent. In view of main problems of majors setup in the transformation and development of local normal colleges,this paper proposed the basic ideas for optimizing the majors setup and related suggestions,in hope to be helpful for the transformation and de-velopment of local normal colleges.
