文章梳理了始于13世纪早期的国外考古学家、美术研究者及20世纪以来于右任、王子云、张大千、吴作人、叶浅予等知名画家的艺术考察和藏族主题美术创作活动，以及西藏和平解放后内地美术家深入藏区进行系列规模性、持续性美术考察、写生及创作活动，分析了藏族主题美术在国内美术创作活动中的重要社会文化影响力和学术价值。认为，西藏主题美术作品的核心是信仰文化，表现了真善美的人文精神，为繁荣中华民族文明贡献了力量，鲜活地展示出中华民族独特的文化魅力和源源不断的艺术创造活力。%This article firstly sorts out the artistic creation with the theme of Tibetan and activities in Tibet of both foreign archaeologists and art researchers since early 13th century, and some well-known domestic artists, for instance, Yu You-ren, Wang Zi-yun, Zhang Da-qian, Wu Zuo-ren, Ye Qian-yu since the 20th century. Then, an analysis has done on the impact of the domestic artistic creation with the theme of Tibetan on society and culture as well as its academic value. It is concluded that the core of the art works with the theme of Tibetan is religious culture, which mainly manifests the truth, goodness and beauty, and the art works not only contribute to the prosperity of the Chinese civilization, but also illustrate Chinese unique cultural charm and its steady artis⁃tic creativity.
