上海地区草根NGO的生存困境与行动策略——以嵌入性理论为视角

The grassroots NGO's role in the social and economic development is getting more and more important.The grassroots NGO in Shanghai has great potential power,but they are also facing some plights such as the lack of talents,funds,public relation and project development.In order to deal with these difficulties,they should increase the cooperation with private foundation and look at the profitable movements and PR.At the same time,they also need to pay attention to the training of volunteers and attract more talents by building virtual teams.%近年来,草根NGO在我国经济发展和社会转型中的作用日益显著。上海地区草根NGO具有很大的发展潜力,但在人才、资金、公共关系和项目开发等方面也面临一定的困境。为了摆脱目前的困境,草根NGO应加强与公募基金会的结合,注重开发营利性活动和公共关系,重视志愿者素质培训,并通过建立虚拟团队吸引更多热心于草根NGO工作的人才。
