There have existed several sayings about the birth place of the 24 solar terms, but it seems that no abso ⁃lute proof can be provided. The Spring Lyrics in Lixian County and Xihe County may not state the necessary connec ⁃tion between the lyrics and the birth of solar terms, but at least they show that in these two areas people are quite fa ⁃miliar with the solar terms, and demonstrate rich value orientation. These lyrics manifest the natural law, the equal value orientation, and changes of production and life content.%人们关于二十四节气的诞生地可能有多种说法，似乎没有一种说法有确凿的证据。礼县西和春官说春唱词可能并不能说明二者之间的必然联系，至少表明礼县西和一带民间十分精通二十四节气，且由此形成一种独特的春官说春唱词，并彰显出丰富的价值取向。如果说涉及七十二行的行业春和婚丧嫁娶的习俗春彰显出不择贫富、平等普化这一春官说春唱词的价值取向的话，那么关涉一年四季乃至二十四节气歌，更表彰了对春生、夏长、秋收、冬藏的自然规律及其蕴含的不择贫富、平等普化价值取向的张扬，以及生产和生活内容的变化。春官说春唱词只是一种填补家用的手段，不可能成为发家致富的工具，甚或是中国陇东南农村地区民间伦理道德乃至社会良知的传播乃至传承媒介。遗憾的是这一民族优秀传统文化传承媒介乃至体系正在面临诸多挑战。
