十八届三中全会公报指出，全面深化改革的总目标是完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度，推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。这是中央首次提出“国家治理体系”的概念。本文将从治理理论出发，考察我国国家治理体系的现状以及探究源于西方社会的治理理论在中国的适用性，最后围绕十八届三中全会的决定对治理理论在我国的具体运用提出不同的路径。%third plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee pointed out that the goal of comprehensive reform is to improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, and promote the modernization of state governance system and governance ability, which is the first time that central government proposed “state governance system” . From governance theory, this article will examine the present situation of our state governance system, and explore the applicability of western governance theory in China. Finally, in the context of central government’s reforming decision, I will propose some feasible paths to perfect state governance.
