文化环境在思想政治教育的社会环境中有着至关重要的地位，同时，它也是思想政治教育基础理论研究的重要内容。在信息高度发达的当今社会，思想政治教育面临的文化环境有开放性、复杂性、动态性等特点。在全球化、网络化以及文化迅速传播的背景下，思想政治教育文化环境遭遇着的转型，同时将对思想政治教育文化的优化带来契机。%Cultural environment plays a vital role in social environment of ideological and political education ,and meanwhile ,it is also an important part of the basic theory of ideological and political ed-ucation study .In today’s society that information technology is highly developed ,ideological and politi-cal education is facing an cultural environment with open ,complex and dynamic characteristics .Under the background of globalization ,networking and the rapid spread of culture ,cultural environment of i-deological and political education is suffering transformation ,while opportunities will be brought to op-timize ideological and political education culture .
