海洋特色数字资源建设的思考——以天津海运职业学院图书馆为例

"一带一路"的战略给天津海洋文献资源建设提出新课题 ,开展海洋特色数字资源建设研究 ,了解天津海洋特色资源建设存在的问题 ,明确天津海洋特色数字资源发展途径 ,有利于实现天津地区海洋特色数字资源建设的标准化和规范化 ,促进天津海洋特色数字资源共享.通过海洋特色数字资源建设 ,形成海运高职院校的核心竞争力.%The"one belt and one road"strategy has put forward new task for Tianjin marine doc-ument resource construction ,and the research on the ocean characteristic digital resource construction , the understandings of the exiting problems of the Tianjin ocean characteristic resource construction ,and the clearness of the development approaches of Tianjin ocean characteristic digital resource can be bene-ficial to the realization of standardized and normalized ocean characteristic digital resource construction of Tianjin region ,and promote the sharing of Tianjin ocean characteristic digital resource .The core competitiveness of the maritime higher vocational colleges can be formed through the ocean characteristic digital resource construction .
