职业技能大赛引领精细化工人才培养新模式的探讨

摘要

Vocational skills competition is a contest activity that highlights the operational skills and ability for solving practical problems according to national vocational skill standard ,among which is related to chemical major includes chemical general control ,chemical inspection ,and chemical instru-ments and so on .From the case that one continuously attends 10 years chemical general control skill competition ,it elaborates the guiding function of this competition for establishment of fine chemical tal-ents cultivation model ,teachers' team building ,structuring of course system ,construction of practical training base and teaching evaluation method change .%职业技能大赛是依据国家职业技能标准 ,突出操作技能和解决实际问题能力的竞赛活动 ,其中与化工专业相关的职业技能大赛有化工总控工、化学检验工、化工仪表工等.从连续10年参加化工总控工技能大赛入手 ,阐述该赛项对于精细化工专业人才培养模式的确立、师资队伍的建设、课程体系的构建、实训基地的建设和教学评价方式的改变等方面的引领作用.
