发达国家高等职业教育中人文教育状况探析——基于校园文化视角

         

摘要

职业教育的使命是要培养不仅能力强而且素质高的职业人,在高职教育中如何加强学生人文素质的培养已经提上日程.美国、加拿大、德国、意大利、日本、韩国等国家的高职教育,在特定的高职教育活动中,在不同历史、文化背景下,皆秉持以"人"为本教育理念,校园文化各具特色,对我国高职人文教育的实施具有一定的启示意义.%The mission of vocational college is to cultivate professional people with not only strong competence but also high quality, and how to strengthen the cultivation of students' humanistic quality in higher vocational education has been put on agenda.The higher vocational education in America, Canada, Germany, Italy, Japan and South Korea etc.undertakes the concept of "people" oriented education concept in the specific higher vocational education activities and under different historical and cultural backgrounds, with characteristic campus cultures, which provides an enlightenment for the implementation of humanistic education of higher vocational education in China.
