纳米材料的微生物效应研究进展

         

摘要

近年来随着纳米材料在诸多领域的广泛应用,其生物安全性引起了人们极大的关注.本文在纳米材料生物效应研究结果的基础上,简述了纳米材料的微生物效应及其应用价值,着重论述了几种典型微生物检测纳米材料生物效应的研究进展,同时归纳了纳米材料微生物安全评价方法,讨论了利用微生物高通量筛选纳米材料毒性效应的优势,最后对纳米材料微生物效应研究进行了展望.%In recent years, much attention had been focused on the biological safety of nanomaterials with their extensive application in many fields. This paper briefly summarized the microbial effects of nanomaterials and its application based on previous researches in biological effects of nanomaterials. It focused on testing the biological effects of nanomaterials u-sing several typical microorganisms, introduced the methods of microbiological safety assessment, and discussed the advantages of high throughput screening for detecting biological effects of nanomaterials with microorganisms, proposed ongoing research for microbial effects of nanomaterials.
