压敏染料结晶紫内酯的合成研究

     

摘要

4-Dimethylaminobenzaldehyde has been synthesized from N,N-Dimethylaniline by Vilsmeier reaction,the affect of reaction time,reaction temperature and the ratio of reactant are investigated. In the condition of that reaction time is 4.5 h, reaction temperature is 75℃ and the ratio of N, N-Dimethylaniline to POCl3 is 1=3 the yield of 4-Dimethylaminobenzaldehyde is 87. 8%. Crystal violet lactone has been synthesized by condensation of 4-Dimethylaminobenzaldehyde, N, N-Dimethylaniline and 3-Dimethylaminobenzoic acid and further by oxidation of the above condensation reaction product. The yield is 41.5%.%采用N,N-二甲基苯胺为原料经Vilsmeier反应合成得到对二甲氨基苯甲醛,探讨了反应温度、反应时间及原料配比对产品收率的影响.当反应温度为75℃,反应时间为4.5h,N,N-二甲基苯胺与三氯氧磷配比为1∶1.3(mol/mol)时,收率为87.8%.以对二甲氨基苯甲醛、N,N-二甲基苯胺、间二甲氨基苯甲酸为原料,经缩合、氧化得到结晶紫内酯,收率41.5%.
