Based on the results of experiment and FEM, the paper obtains two propagation mode of parallel mode and U mode. Besides, it also studies on how the dimensions, material and shape of the slip-on arrestor affect the propagation pressure and propagation mode. The conclusion is that with the growth of length and thickness of slip-on arrestor, the propagation mode change from parallel mode to U mode and the propagation pressure increase as well. What's more, if the material of slip-on ar-restor changed, the propagation mode and propagation pressure changed following it. It also obtains a conclusion that a defect of pipeline will greatly lower the propagation pressure.%文中分别采用试验方法和有限元模拟的方法分析了不同尺寸、材料及初始缺陷的扣入式止屈器对管道屈曲的止屈效果,并得到了平行穿越及U型穿越两种穿越模式。在此基础上,文中还应用有限元方法研究了扣入式止屈器尺寸、材料及初始偏心缺陷对管道屈曲穿越扣入式止屈器模式及压力的影响,论证了管道屈曲分别随着扣入式止屈器长度及厚度的增加逐渐由平行穿越变为U型穿越,且穿越压力分别随着扣入式止屈器长度及厚度的增大而增大,并最终均趋于稳定;当扣入式止屈器材料屈服应力小的时候管道屈曲平行穿越扣入式止屈器,随着止屈器材料屈服应力的增大逐渐变为U型穿越,且穿越压力随之增大;管道的初始偏心缺陷使得管道屈曲更容易穿越扣入式止屈器,故应在制造及安装运营期间严格控制管道的偏心缺陷。
