导电橡胶多参数综合测量系统

         

摘要

Conductive rubber is put aluminum silver,carbon black and so on conductive particles into silicone rubber,through the pressure make conductive particle contact,achieve good conductivity.Multi parameter synthesis measuring system for conductive rubber by using FPGA as the core operations of the three measurement modules(pressure measurement module,resistance measuring module and displacement measurement module),mechanical properties and electrical properties of conductive rubber samples were measured in real time,measurement data in the master computer real-time display shown by sampling draw a two-dimensional graphs,the master computer will calculate and analyze the two-dimensional graphs,it is concluded that conductive rubber samples are qualified.%导电橡胶是将铝镀银,炭黑等导电颗粒均匀分布在硅橡胶中,通过对其施加压力使导电颗粒接触,以此达到良好的导电性能.导电橡胶多参数综合测量系统通过以现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)为运算核心的三个测量模块:压力测量模块、电阻测量模块和位移测量模块,对导电橡胶样品的力学特性和电学特性进行实时测量,将测量的数据在上位机实时显示并通过采样绘制出二维曲线图,上位机将二维曲线图进行计算分析后,得出导电橡胶样品是否合格的结论.
