面向数控系统可靠性评估的先验信息融合方法——专家打分法

         

摘要

Based on the theory of environmental factors, the paper proposes the expert scoring method for small sample evaluation of the CNC system. The paper puts forward the steps, rules of expert scoring method and that of fusion coefficient calculation method. According to the design, manufacture and use of the CNC system, the details of expert scoring method are given. With the subsystem of the CNC system, the fusion coefficient calculation method is demonstrated. Finally, according to a group of historical information and field information, the implementation method of reliability evaluation for CNC system applying the expert evaluation method is given.%在环境因子理论的基础上,提出了用于先验信息融合的专家打分法的步骤、规则以及融合系数计算方法;针对数控系统设计、制造和使用等因素,给出了专家打分法的具体方法,结合数控系统子系统阐述了基于专家打分法的融合系数计算方法;最后针对一组历史信息与现场信息,给出应用专家打分法的数控系统可靠性评估的实施方法。
