对有机玻璃材料进行CO:激光雕刻工艺参数研究,并比较分析了实际雕刻效果。针对4mm的有机玻璃,总结归纳出有机玻璃的最优雕刻工艺参数,得到有机玻璃点射的最小雕刻需要的阈值为9.2×103J/cm2,而直线和圆弧的参数速度为30-100mm/s,功率为25%。50%,试验效果良好。%CO: laser can be used to engrave on PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) and other materials. By using of C02 laser engraving process parameters of PMMA material, the actual carving effect is compared and analyzed. As for 4 mm PMMA material, the optimal engraving process parameters are summarized, and the minimum engraving of PMMA the material burst threshold is obtained, which is 9.2x103 J/cm2. The best speed and power carving out the lines and arcs is 30×100 mm/s,25%-50%.The experimental results are ofpractical significance, to guiding the practice of production.
