水滑石-石墨烯复合物用于CO甲烷化

         

摘要

以水滑石-石墨烯复合物为前驱体,经还原活化后用于 CO 甲烷化反应,利用石墨烯的高热导性,以期提高甲烷化催化剂抗烧结性能.研究发现:在复合物中,水滑石主要分布在石墨烯片层上,但是由于石墨烯片层面积较大,会将部分水滑石包裹起来,造成水滑石结晶度下降,同时这种构象可能导致还原后所得催化剂中部分金属活性组分被覆盖,进而无法与原料气体接触,所以混有石墨烯的催化剂催化性能弱于 Ni-Al2O3催化剂,但其高温抗烧结性能明显提高:Ni-Al2O3/5%, rGO催化剂经50,h的稳定运行,其CO转化率一直稳定在100%,.%Layered double hydroxide (LDH)-graphene compound was prepared as a precursor for CO methanation. Due to its high thermal conductivity,graphene was used in this research to improve the catalytic anti-sintering property. The results showed that most LDH adhered to the graphenen in the Ni-Al2O3/5%rGO catalyst,but some LDH was covered by graphene layers with large surface area,which caused the crystallinity decrease. After reduction,some of the active particles may be enveloped and could not take part in the reaction of CO methanation. Ni-Al2O3/5%rGO showed inferior catalytic perform-ance,but its thermal stability improved obviously. During the stability test,CO conversion of Ni-Al2O3/5%rGO maintained at 100%for 50 h.
