微波辅助酶水解明胶制备多肽酰胺表面活性剂

     

摘要

Gelatin hydrolysate was prepared through microwave assisted digestion of gelatin using papaya protease.Peptide amide surfactant was synthesized with diethanol amine,gelatin hydrolysate and fatty acid.Raw materials ratio,fatty acid, reaction temperature and reaction time that may affect the properties of the resultant products were studied.The decontami-nation effect and foaming height were investigated.The optimum synthetic conditions were obtained as follows:the hydroly-sis temperature was 55,℃,microwave power was 280,W,and the hydrolysis rate of microwave was 8 times higher thanthat for common enzyme hydrolysis.The best ratio ofm(diethanolamine):m(gelatin hydrolysate):m(lauric acid)is 1:4:1, 145,℃ was selected as the reaction temperature,and the reaction time was 5,h.Under these conditions,PAS has the best surface properties,so it can be applied to the development of skin washing cleaner without water.%采用微波辅助木瓜蛋白酶水解明胶制备小分子水解明胶,再与二乙醇胺、脂肪酸反应制备多肽酰胺表面活性剂(PAS).以PAS的去污力和起泡力作为评价指标,考察投料量比、脂肪酸类型、反应温度和反应时间的影响,进而确定制备PAS的最优工艺.实验结果表明:水解温度55,℃、微波酶解功率280,W、水解时间7,min的情况下,水解度为11%,,其水解速率是普通酶水解的8倍以上;在m(二乙醇胺):m(水解明胶):m(月桂酸)=1:4:1、反应时间5,h、反应温度为145,℃的条件下,PAS去污性能和泡沫性能最好,且PAS具有良好的表面性能,可应用于免水洗皮肤清洗剂的研制.
