我国引进外资情况分析与应采取的国际收支策略

摘要

我国自1994年以来一直保持经常项目的顺差，从双缺口理论模型分析，这是由于国内的储蓄大于投资产生的资本外流所造成的，但是持续的资本和金融项目顺差又说明每年都有大量的资金流入，我国又是一个资本流入国。本文试图透过这种看似矛盾的现象，分析我国的对外资本流动情况，并进一步探讨今后几年我们应采取的国际收支策略。%Based on the traditional two-gap theory,China's large scale of current account balance indicates that the capital is flowing out of the country.On the contrary,the difference between capital and finance account shows another case.From the analysis of China's capital flowing,the strategy should be taken in the international payment.
