劳动者高温权益保障论析

The protection of the rights of high temperature working has become a widely discussed topic in today＇s society.The current law has obvious lack in protecting workers＇ rights and interests in high temperature,with the proofs of new legislation,the social responsibility of enterprises will be strengthened,perfecting the supervision and punishment system will be perfected,and their high temperature rights awareness will be improved.%劳动者高温权益的保障,已成当今社会广泛讨论的话题。现行法律在保障劳动者高温权益上存在明显缺失,应通过新的立法,来强化企业社会责任,完善监管和处罚制度,并提高劳动者的高温维权意识。
