企业职工文化建设是工会应肩负的重要历史责任

摘要

企业职工文化是我国构建社会主义和谐社会的产物。劳模精神是先进企业职工文化的集中展现。通过开展企业职工文化建设来弘扬劳模精神，维护职工文化权益，满足职工精神文化需求和提升职工综合素质，发挥以劳模为代表的我国工人阶级在实现中国梦过程中的主人翁地位，这是我国各级工会在新的历史时期应承担的重要责任。%The staff’ s culture of the enterprise is the product of our socialistic harmonious society .The working model ’ s spirit embodies the staff ’ s advanced culture .Through the construction of staff ’ s culture we propagate the working model ’ s spirit and safeguard the staff ’ s cultural rights , in the meanwhile , we satisfy their spiritual cultural demands and improve the staff ’ s quality.The working model should be the main stream of our national working class through it .This is our national working class ’ s essential historical responsibility in the new period .
