谈工会工作创新发展的基础和条件

摘要

探索推进工会的理论、制度创新以及实践创新，是坚持走中国特色社会主义工会发展道路的应有之义，工会工作的创新发展还是工会永葆生机和充满活力的源泉，唯有不断创新发展，才能使工会组织在职工群众当中形成感召力、凝聚力以及战斗力。本文重点阐述了工会工作创新发展的基础和条件以及重要性。%It is righteous to explore theories, institutional and practical innovations favorable for promoting the development of trade unions for sticking to the socialist development path with Chinese characteristics. Innovation of trade unions’ work is still a source for maintaining their perpetual vitality and vigor. Only if trade unions keep on innovation can they develop charisma, cohesiveness and aggressiveness among their staff. This paper focuses on discussing foundations, conditions and importance of innovation of the trade unions’work.
