现代远程教育教师队伍建设研究

摘要

In the teaching model of modern distance education, we should conscientiously consider the position of teachers and vocational qualities.The author argues that we should design a perfect teachers team planning, set up a suitable system of teachers'evaluation and titles.Meanwhile, we should improve management mechanism of part-time teachers and build co-share teachers'resource base in our system.Our Radio&TV Universities should set up a kind of teachers'team with precise positioning, co-share resource, combination with full and part time and perfect qualities in distance education.%现代远程教育教学模式下,确定教育技术与教学融合的教师定位和应具备的职业素质,做好师资队伍的规划,构建合理的教师评价和职称晋升制度,健全外聘教师管理机制,建设系统内共享的教师资源库.广播电视大学努力建设一支定位准确、资源共享、专兼结合、结构合理、素质优良的远程教育教师队伍.
