开放大学建设中教学工作的转型升级--基于三个深度融合视角

开放大学建设中教学工作的转型升级，需要实现三个深度融合，即学历教育与非学历教育的深度融合，教学内容与信息技术的深度融合，教学内容与岗位需求的深度融合。这三个深度融合涉及到专业建设、教学模式改革、课程与资源建设、师资队伍建设、学分银行建设、学习支持服务、教学管理、网络教学平台建设和教学质量保证诸多要素。只有这些要素实现了三个深度融合，教学工作才能实现从广播电视大学向开放大学建设的转型升级。%The transformation and upgrading of teaching in Open University development need three deep fusions, namely deep fusion between academic and non-academic education, deep fusion between teaching content and information technology, and deep fusion between teaching content and job requirements. The three fusions involve various factors including major building, teaching model reform, course and resource development, teacher cultivation, credit bank building, learning support service, teaching administration, online teaching platform development and teaching quality assurance, etc. Only can these three deep fusions guarantee the transformation and upgrading of teaching from radio and TV University to Open University.
