考虑相关失效时机构的可靠性分析

摘要

Method for qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation of dependent failure were researched. The secondary failure and common mode analysis in crank rod system were presented. The β factor was estimated with UPM (unified partial method) in quantitative analysis, and the system reliability was calculated using expanding FTA (fault tree analysis). The dependent failure analysis and traditional reliability analysis methods were integrated. The research provides a new idea for reliability analysis of other mechanical products.%研究了相关失效的定性及定量分析方法,并以曲柄连杆机构为例,进行了从属失效分析及共模失效分析；在定量分析中,采用了整合部分法( unified partial method,UPM)对β因子进行估计,并利用扩展故障树对系统可靠度进行了计算.将相关失效分析与传统的可靠性分析相结合,为其他机械产品的可靠性分析提供了一种新的思路.
