表面活性剂在助焊剂中的应用及展望

摘要

Surfactant is one of the important parts of the soldering flux, and it plays a great role in reducing surface tension of the flux, increasing wetting property of the soldering flux on lead-free solder and base metal and especially in improving welding reliability of the lead-free solder, and nonionic surfactants and fluorocarbon surfactants is mainly used in the flux. Application and prospects of surfactant in soldering flux are illustrated from three aspects involving the effect of the surfactant, the requirement of the soldering flux for surfactant and common surfactant used in the soldering flux.%表面活性剂作为助焊剂的主要成分之一,对降低助焊剂的表面张力、增加助焊剂对无铅钎料和母材的亲润性具有重要作用,在提高无铅钎料焊接互连可靠性方面的作用更为突出,并以使用非离子型表面活性剂及碳氟表面活性剂为主.本文主要从表面活性剂的作用、助焊剂对表面活性剂的要求、常用表面活性剂3方面详述了表面活性剂在助焊剂中的应用情况及其发展趋势.
