中草提取物对棉织物抗菌整理的初步研究

     

摘要

By taking the extracts from scutellaria baicalensis, Chinese gall, honeysuckle and dandelion as the antimicrobial agents, the bleached cotton fabric was treated by the method of antibacterial finishing.The antibacterial effect of the finished cotton fabric was tested by using Bacillus coli and Bacillus subtilis as the test bacteria on behalf of Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria respectively by the modified AATCC.The results show that the finished bleached cotton fabric possesses the antibacterial effect against the Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria.When the concentration of the antibacterial agents increases, the antibacterial effect is increased.But the increase of antibacterial effect is not in proportion to the increase of the concentration of the antimicrobial agents.When the samples of the antimicrobial cotton fabric are increased to eight pieces, the antibacterial rate can be 100%.The order of the antibacterial effect of antimicrobial agents against the Bacillus coli is scutellaria baicalensis, Chinese gall, honeysuckle and dandelion; while that of the Bacillus subtilis is Chinese gall,scutellaria baicalensis, honeysuckle and dandelion.%将黄芩、五倍子、金银花、蒲公英4种提取物作为抗菌剂,用后整理的方法对纯棉漂白布进行抗菌整理;以大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌代表革兰氏阴性菌、革兰氏阳性菌作为测试菌种,通过改良AATCC法测定了抗菌整理后棉织物的抗菌效果.结果表明:整理后的纯棉漂白布对革兰氏阴、阳性菌均具有抗菌效果,随着抗菌剂浓度的增大,抗菌效果增强,但抗菌效果的增强与抗菌剂浓度的增加并不是正比例的关系.当抗菌棉布试验样品加入8片时,抗菌率均可达100%.抗菌剂对大肠杆菌的抗菌顺序为黄芩>五倍子>金银花>蒲公英;抗菌剂对枯草杆菌抗菌顺序为五倍子>黄芩>金银花>蒲公英.
