模板浸出法制备多孔聚苯乙烯膜的研究

         

摘要

Porous polystyrene membranes are successfully prepared on solid substrates by a template-leaching technique. The toluene and starch are. employed as solvent and leaehable component, respectively. Siareh is mixed with polystyrene with the starch/polystyrene weight ratio of 1:1,1:2,1:3, separately. Each mixture is dissolved in toluene in order to produce a blend of 1%, 3%, 5% by weight of polystyrene. Each blend is coated by spin-coating method to produce a thin polystyrene/starch film. By acidic leaching of the starch particles from the films, the porous films with ordered and homogeneous structures are formed via controlling the degree of soluhility. Subsequently, the films are characterized by contact angle measurement, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier infrared spectroseopic analysis (FTIR). The results indicate that the porous structure of the films is affected by many experimental factors, and the type and concentration of inorganic acids are of the most important. By comparison of three different inorganic- acids such as HCI, H2SO4, or HNO3, starch particles are best removed in dilute HNO3 solution. The obtained pores are micro-meter size with a narrow distribution.%采用模板浸出法在载体表面制备微米级多孔聚苯乙烯薄膜.以甲苯为溶剂、淀粉为可浸出物,将淀粉与聚苯乙烯分别按质量比1∶1、1∶2、1∶3进行混合,然后将每一种共混物以聚苯乙烯的质量分数为1%、3%、5%分别溶解在甲苯溶剂中,并将所配制的溶液通过悬涂法在玻璃载体表面制成聚苯乙烯/淀粉薄膜;再将所制薄膜采用稀释的无机酸进行处理,浸出膜中的淀粉成分,从而得到具有大小均匀、分布有序的微米级多孔结构的高分子薄膜,并对多孔膜进行接触角测试、扫描电子显微镜及红外光谱分析.结果表明:PS片中的多孔结构受很多因素的影响,其中主要影响因素之一是酸的种类及用量;当将薄膜浸于盐酸、硫酸或硝酸中时,以硝酸对淀粉颗粒的浸出效果为最好,所得薄膜的孔径基本介于微米级大小,且孔径分布较窄.
