基于响应面模型的织物开关结构参数与导通压力的关系

摘要

Single factor significance analysis for factors affecting the connection pressure of fabric switch was made, and the result showed that three factors were significant, which include the width of the upper conductive layer, the interlacing point of conductive material in the lower conductive layer, the yarn fineness of support part. And then, the three significant factors were selected as test variables, connection pressure as the response goal, with the aid of Box-Behnken method, the relationship between test variables and optimum goal was established. At last, the accuracy of mathematical relationship was verified.%对影响织物开关导通压力的3个因素进行单因素显著性分析，得出上导电层宽度、下导电层导电材料组织点数、支撑部分纱线细度这3个因素对织物开关的导通压力有显著性影响。选取这3个因素为变量，以导通压力为响应目标，采用Box-Behnken试验设计方法，建立了试验变量与优化目标之间的关系式，并验证了关系式的准确性。
