基于无线传感器网络的社区心电监护系统设计

         

摘要

Wireless sensor networks and traditional ECG monitoring system were combined with ZigBee and Bluetooth wireless communication technology as the core, a wireless community ECG system with an automatic switching mode and auto diagnostic functions was designed with the capabilities of ECG data automatic collection, processing, online diagnostics, error alarm and wireless transmision. The system can automatically switch the indoor and outdoor working conditions to ensure 24-hour care. The self ECG analysis algorithm embedded in the system can realive the real-time analysis of ECG data acquisition, and automatic extraction of ECG characteristics and comparing disease experts with the signal library achieve, automatic diagnosis of heart disease-related and alarm. Results show the designed community ECG monitoring system can accurately capture ECG and diagnosis. The applications of wireless sensor network in the community ECG monitoring system is beneficial for unified community care for patients with heart disease.%将无线传感器网络与传统心电监护系统相结合,以ZigBee和蓝牙无线通信技术为核心,提出了一种具有自动切换工作模式和自动诊断功能的无线社区心电监护系统,可以完成心电数据的自动采集、处理、在线诊断、异常报警与无线传输等功能。系统可以自动切换室内外工作状态,保证了24小时全天候监护,其自嵌的心电分析算法可以实时分析采集的心电信号,自动提取心电信号中的疾病特征与专家库中的信号进行对比,实现有关心脏疾病的自动诊断和报警。实验结果表明:所设计的社区心电监护系统,可以准确采集心电信号并诊断,将无线传感器网络应用在社区心电监护系统上,有利于对社区心脏疾病患者进行统一监护。
