活性染料羊绒绞纱染色技术

摘要

针对羊绒绞纱染色存在纱线损伤大,强力下降明显,染料上染难,颜色不鲜艳等现象,结合鄂尔多斯羊绒集团的实际生产情况,研究活性染料替代媒介染料对羊绒绞纱进行染色,分析确定浴比、pH值、温度、时间等工艺参数,优化染色工艺.研究结果表明:Lanasol CE染料和克牢素染料可以替代媒介染料进行羊绒绞纱深色染色,严格控制染色工艺条件是提高羊绒绞染纱品质的关键.合理的染色工艺为:pH值4.5,浴比1∶30,升温速率1.5℃/min,保温时间90 min,染色温度90℃.%There exist some problems during cashmere skein dyeing, such as considerable damage of yarn, significant strength loss, low dye uptake and dull luster. Thus, this study used reactive dyes to dye the cashmere skein instead of mordant dyes while taking into consideration the actual cashmere production of Erdos Group. The dyeing process conditions of liquor ratio, pH value, temperature and time were " studied and the optimum process was determined. The results indicated that Lanasol CE dyes and clausol dyes can be used to replace mordant dyes to perform deep-dyeing of cashmere skein. Strict control of the process parameters was critical to improve the quality of dyed product. The reasonable process parameters were as follows; pH = 4.5 ,liquor ratio 1 : 30, dyeing rate 1.5 ℃/ min, dyeing temperature 90 ℃ , and holding time 90 min.
