纺织品的多功能自清洁整理

             

摘要

The multifunctional and self-cleaning finishing of polyester fabric was performed with selfmade aitistatie agents and organic fluorine water-and oil-repellent agents. Research demonstrated that different combinations of process flow have certain impact on the performance of fabrics. The optimum finishing process is determined as follows: antistatic agent C 3 g/L, Helizarin Binder ET 25 g/L, AG710 20 g/L, AG950 20 g/L, the specimens were first subjected to antistatic finishing at 130 °C for 60 s,followed by water-and oil-repellent finish at 180 °C for 60 s. The quality indexed of the treated specimens are surface resistant ≤ 1 × l05 Ω,water-repelleney≥4 grade, oil-repelleney ≥6 grade, color fastness to washing ≥4 grade, color fastness to rubbing ≥4 grade (dry), and 3 grade(wet).%采用自制抗静电剂及有机氟拒水拒油整理剂,对纯涤纶织物进行多功能自清洁整理.研究表明,不同工艺流程的组合对整理品的自清洁性能有一定的影响,最佳整理效能的整理条件为:抗静电剂C 3 g/L、Helizarin Binder ET 25g/L、AG710 20 g/L、AG950 20 g/L,试样先经抗静电(130 ℃,60 s)整理,再进行拒水拒油整理(180℃,60 s).整理后织物的质量指标为:表面电阻≤1×105Ω,拒水性≥14级,拒油性≥6级,耐洗性≥4级,干摩擦牢度≥4级,湿摩擦牢度3级.
