采用热分析、极限氧指数、锥形量热法等手段,比较并分析了聚酰亚胺(PI)针刺织物与聚苯硫醚(PPS)针刺织物的热稳定性及燃烧性能.结果表明,PI针刺织物与PPS针剌织物的热分解温度分别为580 ℃和500 ℃,极限氧指数分别为40%和35%,点燃时间分别为38 s和32 s,热释放速率最大值分别为62.6 kW/m2和130.9 kW/m2,烟指数分别为12 MW/m2和35 MW/m2.通过对比研究,得出 PI针刺织物比PPS针刺织物具有更优异的热稳定性和燃烧性能.%Thermal analysis, limited oxygen index and cone calorimetry were used to compare the thermal stability and combustibility between polyimide ( PI) and polyphenylene sulfide ( PPS) needle punched fabrics. The results show that the decomposition temperature of PI and PPS needle punched fabrics is 580 ℃ and 500℃ respectively, LOI is 40% and 35% , ignition time is 38 s and 32 s, the maximum of heat release rate reaches 62. 6 kW/m2 and 130. 9 kW/m2 , and the smoke factor is 12 MW/m and 35 MW/m . By the comparison of these factors, a conclude that PI needle punched fabric is better than PPS in terms of thermal stability and combustibility is made.
