静电纺LA-PA/PET定形相变复合纤维的制备与表征

         

摘要

Form-stable phase change fibers based on LA-PA binary eutectic/PET composite in which LA-PA serves as a solid-liquid phase change material and PET acts as a supporting material were successfully fabricated through electrospinning. The effect of amount of LA-PA eutectic in the solution on the properties of spinning solution, morphological structures and thermal energy storage properties of the composite fibers were studied. The results revealed that both the viscosity and surface tension of the spinning solution increased, while the conductivity decreased with the increase of LA-PA eutectic content in the solution. SEM images showed that the average diameter of the LA-PA/PET phase change composite fibers gradually increased as the content of LA-PA eutectic in the fibers increased; and the LA-PA/PET composite fibers possessed the wrinkled surface morphologies when the content of LA-PA eutectic in the fibers was too high. DSC analysis indicated that the values of heat enthalpies of the phase change composite fibers gradually increased with the increase of LA-PA eutectic amount, while their phase change temperatures had almost no significant variation.%通过静电纺丝的方法制备了以月桂酸和棕榈酸二元低共熔物( LA-PA)为固液相变材料,聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)为基体的定形相变复合纤维.研究了纺丝溶液中不同LA-PA含量对纺丝液的性能、复合相变纤维的形貌结构以及热学性能的影响.结果表明:随LA-PA在纺丝液中含量的增加,纺丝液的黏度和表面张力逐渐增大,电导率逐渐减小.SEM观察表明:随LA-PA含量的增加,复合相变纤维的平均直径逐渐增大;当复合相变纤维中LA-PA含量较高时,纤维表面变得不光滑,并呈现褶皱的形貌特征.DSC分析表明,随LA-PA含量的增加,定形相变复合纤维的储热性能逐渐提高,而相转变温度几乎没变.
