为研制具有防紫外线和抗菌性能的多功能织物,将凹土胶体粒子整理到棉织物表面,采用激光粒度仪、SEM、TG-DTA、荧光光谱等测试手段对凹土的分散及其整理后棉织物的结构与性能进行测试和表征.结果表明:凹土胶体粒子的粒径为100 ~ 150 nm;凹土粒子可被较好地整理到棉织物表面,随着凹土粒子质量分数的提高,织物表面覆盖的凹土粒子多而均匀;经凹土胶体粒子整理后,棉织物的结构和热稳定性提高;荧光光谱表明,凹土可吸收紫外线,具有良好的防紫外效果;整理后的棉织物同时具有优异的抗菌性能;凹土粒子整理对棉织物的风格及白度影响不大.%To develop multifunctional fabrics with ultraviolet resistance and antibacterial properties, the fabrics were finished by attapulgite colloid nanoparticles. The dispersion, structure and properties of the finished fabrics were characterized by means of laser grain size analyzer, SEM, TG-DTA and fluorescence spectrum. The results indicated the particle size of the attapulgite was 100 - 150 nm and a large quantity of attapulgite particles could be finished onto the fabrics uniformly. The finished fabrics exhibited improved structural and thermal stability, excellent ultraviolet resistance and antibacterial properties, and very slight influence on their style and whiteness.
